We offer guests full breakfast and either lunch or dinner prepared by our incredible private chef, Jesus and our sous chef Luis. Jesus and Luis are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. We highly recommend you explore our website “eat and drink” page for our recommendations on the best restaurants in Puerto when you choose to eat elsewhere.

Dinner - 6:00pm to 8:30pm
We request that all guests eat at the same time for lunch and dinner
drinks, cocktails ETC.
Alcohol and mixers are not included in our daily rate. There are many outlets within minutes of La Gema where both can be purchased. Diego will be able to assist you with alcohol/drink deliveries prior to your arrival so that deliveries are received shortly after your arrival. Please note that these will need to be paid for in person and in Mexican Pesos. Please feel free to use the kitchen and refrigerators to store whatever you wish to drink or consume. We offer bottled and sparkling water throughout your stay. Also our freezer will be continually filled with ice for you to use during your stay.
Length of Stay
There is a minimum three-night stay requirement.
Pool Towels
Pool towels will be fully provided and refreshed.
Cleaning Services
Daily room cleaning is included. The property will also be cleaned and maintained throughout the day.
Our Team — Privacy & Valuables
We understand that guest privacy is of paramount importance at La Gema. Each guest room includes a private safe and door locks. Chef Antonia, and Head of Household, Javier, live within the grounds of the property in a separate, secluded residence. Their on-site presence provides further security to our guests.

Gratuities
Tipping of our team is greatly appreciated. We typically suggest a minimum of $500 pesos per-room per day which can be left in the wooden box on the kitchen bar upon departure. We also provide propina envelopes located on the bar to facilitate this process.
